A trip back into history! Meet the history and beauty of the largest island of the Adriatic, which has been a monument to life and culture for over two thousand years - “The golden island of Krk”! First we take you by boat to the small islet of Košljun where we will visit the Franciscan monastery, the greatest cultural and museum centre of Croatia. You will see varied collections of enthnography, archaeology, sacral art, a vast library, etc... Then we will visit the city of Krk. As you walk through the old town, you can see Illyrian ramparts, the Frankopan castle and Krk Cathedral. Later we visit Vrbnik, most famous for its widely known white wine - Vrbnička žlahtina. You will have the opportunity to taste homemade prosciutto, cheese and wine in a unique local tavern!
