Hotel Apoksiomen was named aft er an ancient Greek athlete, whose statue was found in the nearby aquatorium. Th is is a small hotel situated in the town’s bay and has a coff ee house, a terrace where one can savour home-made cakes and other delectables, and a hall equipped for lectures which can seat some 40 persons. Rooms are air conditioned, with mini-bar, TV, Internet and a safety-deposit box. Th ere is also a room and an elevator adapted for persons with special needs. Available close to the hotel are facilities such as a diving school, cycling tracks, riding, sailing, hunting and fi shing, as well as boat excursions.
